The bedtime sweet spot is between 7-8pm, so basically that last nap should be bed. I would cap naps at 1hr 30 mins in order to make between 7-8pm her bedtime.

It's NOT. Circadian rhythm determines bedtime and wake up time. As long as your kiddo WILL fall asleep at bedtime, last wake window does not matter IMO.
